Topocart is an advisory company expert in the preparation of technical studies and projects in the areas of construction and infrastructure engineering, urbanism, environment, cartography, aerophotography, geoprocessing, topography and geodesy.
Topocart develops big and small projects, with high level of accuracy, advanced technology and professional excellence that provide a wide vision, with smart, creative and sustainable solutions. History
Founded on 1991 by its current president, Geodesy and Topography Engineer Jorge Mauro Barja Arteiro, Topocart had mainly focused in the Federal District and its region, offering Topography and Cartography services.
Enrolled in the “A” category of the Ministry of Defense and regularized in ANAC (National Civil Aviation Agency), Topocart was the forerunner in the use of new technologies in the cartography area, creating a pioneer fully digital line photogrammetric restitution. Over the past few years it has expanded its acting to comprise related services such as Infrastructure Projects, Environment and Urbanism where performed hundreds of technical jobs, such as projects of Roads, Rainwater Drainage, Water Supply, Sanitary Clean-out, EIA-RIMA, RIVI, RIAC, PRAD, Director Plans, Use and Occupation of Soil Studies, Executive Urbanism Projects, Landscape Architecture, Socioeconomic Recordings and other services. Today is one of the biggest companies of aerophotography and laser profiling of Brazil, having five aircrafts and heavily investing in equipments, technology and professionals
Because of its expressive expansion and leadership of the market, Topocart expanded its presence in Brazil by means of its offices in Recife, Belo Horizonte, Natal, Fortaleza, Palmas and Rio de Janeiro, besides the headquarters in Brasília. Topocart has partnerships with the companies: Aerocart in Angola, USACart in the United States and Eurocart in Spain, besides having offices and representation in countries such as India, China, United Arab Emirates, Mexico and Argentina.
